The purpose of my work with you is designed to:

My approach to dealing with problems is characterised by the general perspective on the one hand, such as it is necessary for example for the overall direction of a company and by a focussed approach to specific consulting goals. I strive to achieve the best possible individual solution with the least possible expenses, without ignoring the complexity of the problems. In doing so, I rely on my extensive personal experience gained in management positions and a wide range of methods.

I am working methodically

psychodynamically: making people conscious of unknowing factors in their own actions and in the dynamics of the institution or organisation
systemically: visual illustration of the corporate cohesion, corporate placement, making people conscious of the context of consciousness, thinking/feeling and acting within the system
oriented on the coherent perception: change of perspective, reframing, role play, internal dialogue

I am a suitable coach for you if:

you are preparing for a professional change
you wish to gain a quick overview of the new requirements of your new role after a professional change
you feel that your balance between the professional stress and your private life is impaired (life-balance)
you notice that you are in the process of burning out and wish to counter this process in advance
you are wondering if what you are doing is right for you or whether there might be alternatives.

I am a suitable coach for groups and teams if:

you wish to reflect the interaction between personality variables and corporate variables with the purpose of better matching the responsibilities and people
complex problems need to be resolved for which unknown factors and/or communication factors potentially hamper the solutions
different cultures need to be brought closer together (e.g. merging departments, corporate restructuring, collaboration with members of different nationalities or corporate cultures).

I am rather unsuitable for you if:

you consider psychosocial factors irrelevant for the success.
